Scottie Scheffler played some amazing golf over the course of the Masters and to my untrained eye, was clearly a deserving winner. Seems a nice bloke too, very unassuming. But, and this is the important thing, none of our tipsters put him up as a bet and I hope, in a quiet moment of reflection, he recognizes this and that makes a promise to himself that as and when a tipster does put him up, he’s going to do the decent thing and make sure he wins. It’s the least he can do.
To be honest it’s all a bit heavy going at the moment. Only one service still – Weekly Golf Value – showing a profit on the year to date for me. And only Ben Coley coming in with anything like a meaningful amount of profit last week (Tour Tips ended in the black too, but by less than a point).
Oh, well. It will all turn around, I’m sure. And my money, quite literally, is on that happening this week. And if not, my money will be on the week after, or the week after that, or the following week, or the week after that one…..
