Public voting has now opened for the Smart Betting Club’s 2022 Tipster & Betting Awards, and we want your help in highlighting the best (and worst) in the betting and tipping industry from the last 12 months.
Our 2022 Awards are bigger than ever and you can now vote for both your best & worst bookmaker alongside your favourite betting podcasts, websites, videos, writers & tipsters.
Best of all, once you cast your votes you can also enter a special prize draw to win a brand new laptop computer & Lenova Smart tablet – ideal for placing your bets!

This year there are 3 prizes to be won simply for casting your vote as follows:

At the end of the Awards voting, you will be prompted to share your email address if you wish to enter the prize draw. The winners of each of the 3 prizes will be drawn at random once voting ends and be notified by email.

Voting itself should take you no more than 3 minutes of your time and will help us highlight those companies and people doing the right (and wrong!) thing by you and all punters generally.

Perhaps it’s the bookmaker or betting exchanges offering the best odds and service or even the betting website providing a superb resource for punters.
And as we know not all bookies play fair – you can also nominate your worst bookmaker over the last 12 months to help us expose the firm that let you down the most. Perhaps they restricted your stakes, closed your account or simply offer the worst odds and service going. If so we want to know who they are!
We also have categories to recognise your favourite betting podcasts, writers, video creators and free tipsters alongside a new category for 2022 for favourite betting data resource and betting expert.
All told, its a way to really highlight the people, sites and services making a difference to your betting!
A Truly ‘Ordinary Punter’ Representative Awards
These Awards are important as they are based on the fundamental SBC principles of honesty, fairness and independence, with no bookmaker affiliations or advertising budgets to cloud opinions.
They represent the true judgement of the general betting public and SBC members on what is out there of merit in the betting world worthy of greater recognition.
They reward those websites, services, bookmakers and individuals doing the right thing – whether it be in the information or resource they provide OR by simply offering you the best place to bet itself.
It’s not just the ‘best of’ in our sights either as we are not afraid to name and shame the worst bookmakers through these awards, as many of them still treat punters as second-class citizens, especially those shrewd enough to make money betting. If a bookmaker has annoyed or frustrated you – you can vote for them in our worst bookmaker category.
So if you want to help reward the best and expose the worst- make sure you cast your votes now
To cast your vote takes just a couple of minutes time and you can of course win some special prizes simply for doing so. The winners and full details of the SBC Awards 2022 results will be announced at the end of April.
