You can now follow European Tour Profit tips from Matt, the expert golf tipster behind the award-winning PGA Profit service.

Since 2018, Matt has made a huge profit advising golfers to back on the main PGA Tour with a ROI approaching 30% from well over 1000 bets in 3 years. Explore Matt’s PGA Profit record and service.

In April 2021, Matt decided to also turn his profitable method to the European Tour and will be supplying all his tips free of charge as he builds up his betting record.

Matt has taken this decision after the European Tour recently upgraded their website to provide more detailed and in-depth statistical data, which is now allowing him to run his PGA Tour algorithms against in order to find value selections.

Having trialed them in private over the first few months of 2021, in April 2021 he reached the point where he was confident enough to take the plunge on advising these selections as a free SBC Tipster.

Why Golf Betting Is So Popular!

Golf is also one of the most successful sports to bet on currently with large ROI’s being made by several top tipsters and many professional and semi-professional punters alike. Matt has proven this via his extremely profitable PGA Profit service.

The reason it is so popular is based on this profitability PLUS the fact you can bet with either bookmakers, betting exchanges or a mixture of the two.

European Tour Profit’s Betting Record

As this is a brand new addition to SBC we will be building Matt’s European Tour betting record up over time free of charge to members.

Although the good news is that the service has already landed its first winner!

Amazingly Matt correctly tipped the winner, Garrick Higgo at 40/1 in his first week of tipping on the European Tour and then bagged a 3rd place the week after meaning he is off to a flyer.

Service Nuts & Bolts

Bet Notifications Via Email: As a member of the service you will get all bet notifications sent to you via email.

Type of Bets: The majority of tips are outright selections on golfers to be backed each way. These are occasionally topped up with Top 10, Top 20 market bets alongside some in-play bets (always advised after a days play has finished). Most if not all of these bets can usually be placed on the betting exchanges alongside with all major bookmakers.

Bet Release Timing: All selections are sent via email on Wednesdays, usually between 8am and 12pm. The reason Matt waits until Wednesdays to release his selections is based upon two factors. Firstly, it allows for better liquidity in the markets, and secondly, his PGA Profit service takes up a considerable amount of my time on Monday/Tuesday.

Staking: Matt advises all bets to a percentage of his current bankroll and never betting more than 1% on a selection. For example, a recent bet on Justin Rose was advised as “Best Available Odds: 40/1 with Several – Stake 1.00% (0.50% each-way)”  In this instance you would simply risk 1% of your betting bank on Justin Rose.

Bookmakers/Exchanges: If using bookmakers, you are recommended to hold accounts with William Hill, Bet365, Bet Victor alongside Unibet and 888 Sport who often offer the best odds especially on the top 10 and 20 markets. It is highly recommended however you use the exchanges: Betfair, Smarkets, and Matchbook to secure the best value and avoid possible issues with restrictions.
