7 Categories To Vote In

There are 7 public categories in the 2020 SBC Awards you can now vote on as follows:

  • Your Favourite Betting Website
  • Your Favourite Free Tipster
  • Your Favourite Betting Podcast
  • Your Favourite Betting Writer
  • Your Favourite Bookmaker
  • Your Favourite Betting Exchange
  • Your Worst Bookmaker

Voting itself should take you no more than 2 minutes of your time and will help us highlight those companies and people doing the right (and wrong!) thing by you and all punters generally.

Perhaps it’s the bookmaker or betting exchanges offering the best odds and service or even the betting website providing a superb resource for punters.

And as we know not all bookies play fair – you can also nominate your worst bookmaker of 2019 to help us expose the firm that let you down the most. Perhaps they restricted your stakes, closed your account or simply offer the worst odds and service going. If so we want to know who they are!

We also have a category to recognise your favourite betting podcast to highlight the growing number of quality betting shows being produced these days, alongside new categories for best free tipster and betting writer.

A Truly ‘Ordinary Punter’ Representative Awards

The SBC Awards are important as they are one of the very few to tell how it is when it comes to the betting world.

This is because these awards are voted for by you – the general public, which means they are truly representative of those in the betting world that are worthy of greater recognition and making a real difference.

Far too many award ceremonies simply serve to recognise those companies with the biggest profile, deepest pockets and ultimately those making money at punters expense.

This is where the SBC Awards are different, because they are based on the Smart Betting Club ethos of helping punters make money from their betting.

They reward those sites, services, bookmakers and individuals doing the right thing – whether it be in the information or resource they provide OR by simply offering you the best place to bet itself.

It’s not just the ‘best of’ in our sights either as we are not afraid to name and shame the worst bookmakers through these awards, as many of them still treat punters as second-class citizens, especially those shrewd enough to make money betting. If a bookmaker has annoyed or frustrated you in 2019 – you can vote for them in our worst bookmaker category.

So if you want to help reward the best and decry the worst- make sure you cast your votes now

To cast your vote takes just a couple of minutes time max and you can of course win some special prizes simply for doing so. The winners and full details of the SBC Awards 2020 results will be announced in February.
